How To Create An icland PayPal Account That Send And Receive Fund In Nigeria

We all know that or if you do not know let me explain, Nigerian PayPal account do not receive fund but can only send fund, this makes it difficult for it to be used for online businesses aside for paying for goods and services.

I have thought about this a lot so I decided to research on it and discovered a way out and this is the use of

The reason is because it has the full PayPal feature, which simply means that you can send and receive fund as well as do other things a foreign PayPal can do.

So let just go straight to the point on how to open Icland PayPal Account. So firstly, Click on this link below here⤵️

I strongly recommend you use chrome browser when creating your PayPal account

Therefore, you can copy and paste this link address in your browser. When you do that this is what the page you will see will look like, below image if you are using computer.

But if you are using your phone to create it you will see something like below image after clicking on the above link

Then you have to click "login" then wait for it to finish loading, after loading you will see the page like below image

When the page is loaded you have to choose business account, because we are opening a business account reason is because it is the account that has the full PayPal feature we are looking for. Therefore click on Signup and then select business account on the next page as shown in the image below and then click continue when that is done.

After that is done you will then be taken to the next page where you will be required to provide your email address as shown in the image below. It is best if you open a fresh verified Gmail for the purpose of opening this account. Enter your email address there and then click on continue…

Note: Please it’s advisable to use a Gmail account email address or a custom email address if you have one, avoid yahoo mail at any cost.

When you enter your email address, click on next and you will then be taken to the next page.

On the next page you will need to enter a password you want to use as your PayPal account password as you can see below and click on continue

On the next page you will be required to input your personal information and also your business information. Don’t worry about the business info but ensure you are using your real details as it is on your document as you can see the page below.

Let me explain to you easily

BUSINESS CONTACT FIELD

On the business contact area, where you are asked for legal names input your original first name and last name there as it is in your ID.

BUSINESS DETAILS FIELD

For the business name you can put any business name you wish to use there, it doesn’t matter whether you registered it or not, in my case I just put my Website name NETBLOGTECH.

PHONE NUMBER FIELD

Where you are asked for telephone number, click the dropdown option from icland which is +354 as i pointed my arrow their as you can see at below image and change it to Nigeria which is +234 and then you enter your mobile number their, and the next you then enter your address as it is on your local bank statement and then you enter post code inside the post code we need to enter icland post code because they do not accept Nigeria post code therefore, one of the post code I used is 101 you can as well use it, but if you want to use a different one then go to Google and search for icland post code and choose any one that appeared from the search results the next thing is to select the primary currency you want the PayPal to use, automatically by default it is set to USD and that is fine, and then tick I have read, consent and agree to paypal user agreement i strongly recommend you read the user agreement content before you can tick the box you now click AGREE AND CREATE ACCOUNT See the below image.

After you do this you will then be taken to the next page which is the tell us about your business page. In this page you will be required to tell them what type of business you are doing as seen below.

Just select individual you then type in keywords inside the product or service field that is related to the service you offer, if you can't find any related to your bussiness kindly select any one in the list and then proceed you can neglect the business URL option and leave it blank if you Don’t have business website. In my case I used https://netblogtech.com as my business URL. And the cc statement name you can enter your website name or your PayPal account first name, in my case I used my website name NETBLOGTECH as you can see on the above image and then you click on continue

Then you will be taken to a page like below image

ACCOUNT HOLDER'S INFORMATION PAGE

As you can see on the above image that is the account holder information page where you will be required to provide an identification document for verification.

Put in Nigeria as your nationality, select the documents you wish to use and you enter the corresponding details there.

In my case I used my Nigeria National ID I will select that from the drop down and provide the identification number and my original date of birth as it is on the ID Card.

And under Home address mark the box at the left beside same as bussiness address. Also under Phone number mark the box at the left beside same as bussiness phone. See image below:

Therefore next is to submit it by clicking submit as shown above. When you do that you will get to a page as displayed below.

What you need to do at this point is to login to your email and click on the confirmation mail sent to your email. You will receive upto 3 emails but the one you are interested in is to confirm your email so you click on that particular mail

I have logged in to my Gmail inbox as seen below

Then I have opened the email as seen below

and then click on confirm your email you are going to be redirected to the login page where you need to enter your password and login to the PayPal account to make the verification successful,

so I have clicked on it and I have been redirect to the login page to enter my password as seen below

So I will now enter my password to confirm the email address, the image below is were I have entered my password

After you enter your password and clicked on confirm email address as shown above
You will be logged into your PayPal account, if you are using your phone you then click on ( 3 dot option ⁃⁃⁃) at the top left corner of the page and select summary and if you are using computer just select summary at the top of the page and you are now completely logged into your PayPal account.

Now what to do next?

It is very simple, you can now start using the PayPal account to start receiving payments as well sending payments, even without linking any ATM CARD to it, I have used my PayPal account even without linking any card to it and it's working successfully.

So that means when you receive money to your PayPal account you then sell the funds to legit exchangers and they send you the Naira equivalent directly to your Nigeria bank account.

Keep reading below. So I can show you how to link your card to your PayPal account.

NEXT is CARD VERIFICATION

At this point, It means that the email is verified and the next is to link and confirm your debit or credit card.
As you are logged in to your PayPal account dashboard if you are using phone click on the 3 dots option at the top left corner as seen below

and click on payments as seen below
and again if you are on computer don't worry you will see the payments tab at the top of your account dashboard just click on it

At the next page you will need to click on link a new card as you can see below inside the image below

After you clicked on link a new card then you see a page that will appear like below image:

Kindly fill in your card details, because most of Nigeria credit/debit cards are accepted either MASTER CARD or VISA CARD, and after filling in credit/debit card details, click on link card

Also if you want to change the billing address, you simply click on your address that appears right there in the billing address section, as seen below

pop-up menu will appear as seen below, just click on Add new Address and save it and then continue adding the card

If you successfully linked your card your bank account will be debited and depending on the bank you should get the debit alert between 24 hours to 3 bussiness days depending on the bank and PayPal

And the debit alert will be shown on your bank statement as seen below. You will then notice the word CODE written as part of the statement, the numbers before the word are the 4 digit code you have to provide to verify your account.

So the code paypal sent to my bank statement as seen from the image above is 5700

Therefore when you have this code go back and login to your PayPal account and locate that card and click on confirm card, enter the 4 digit code, click on confirm and your account will then be verified. And you can start receiving and sending money right away.

But if paypal rejected your bank card giving you error like your card has been declined or something similar then you should Wait for 24 to 48 hours and try linking the card again,

Question is: What about if I have tried to link my bank card but paypal rejected and declined it, what is the solution?
